Racine – Dolores “Dolly” Lehman, 80, passed away at All Saints Hospital on Friday, April 24, 2009. She was born in Racine on January 17, 1929, daughter of the late Wilmar and Martha (nee: Mandel) Schmidt. Dolly graduated from Kemper Hall, and Layton Art School. She returned to Racine in 2006 to be closer to her family.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Terry Lehman Rosing and Louis Rosing; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Christian and Sandra Lehman; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, and Haley Lehman; her brother, W.H. Schmidt, Jr.; as well as her extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will begin in the funeral home at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2009, and ending with a Service of Remembrance at 7 p.m.
Many heartfelt thankyou’s to Ridgewood Care Center, and all of the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare family for all that you have done for Dolly.
