Anthony L. Willis

~~Anthony L. Willis, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Colombia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. 
Anthony was born in Racine, Wisconsin on July 8, 1968 to Jimmie and Lorene (nee: James) Willis Jr.  He was educated in the Racine Unified School System.  He professed Christ at an early age and was a member of the Sunshine Band in the Church of God In Christ for many years.  Anthony was employed as a machinist.  He enjoyed playing basketball, dancing, singing and watching movies.  Above all, Anthony loved and cherished being in the surroundings of his entire family.
Surviving are his parents: Lorene Willis and Jimmie Willis Jr., his children; DeAundre Willis, Antonio Willis, Antonette Willis, siblings; Jimmy (Yolanda) Willis, Rayford (Lenora) Willis, William (Queina) Willis, Parthinna Willis, Carnell Sparkman, Amy (David) McKnight, Amanda Willis, Claire Willis, Cassandra Willis and Damaria Willis, ten grandchildren, very special friends; Sherry James, Jaquelin States, Naseer Ghani, Marvin Hill as well as a host of other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to his grandparents, Anthony was preceded in death by his brother; Darnell L Willis, sister; Latrisha D. Fleming, Senmeon “City” Willis, Xavier Cooper, Leonta Willis, Curtis James, Bernice James, Lee James, Ben Willis, John Willis and Pauline Willis.  Anthony will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. for a service celebrating Anthony’s life.  There will be a visitation in the funeral home from 10-11 a.m.
