Rick and Dara says
Joe was a very very special friend to Dara and me. He was an amazing person and neighbor. He always showed up for Sunday morning coffee, and time to enjoy a smoke and beverage on the front porch. He is someone who will remain in our hearts and mines forever. We miss him much!!

Joe had a heart of gold. He was a friendly, thoughtful neighbor. When I think of Joe, my first image is of him throwing baseballs on the road to his sons. Our sincere condolences to the entire Yafchak family. Alice & Dave
