Rodney Scott Felton, 49, passed away at Froedtert Medical Center, Milwaukee, on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. He was born in Racine on October 18, 1968, the son of Dennis A. and Kathryn H. (nee: Steiner) Felton.
Rodney had been employed by several local pubs. He was an avid reader; and could never stop learning. Rodney especially loved reading about ancient history and military history.
He is survived by his soulmate and loving companion of 19 years, Lisa Groleau; children, Lorelei Felton, at home, Lynn (Jake) Howard, of Sweet Home, OR, and Kyle Towers, of Racine; grandchildren, Aiden, Karliah, Saige, and Cirdan; father, Dennis A. Felton, of Mt. Morris, WI; mother, Kathryn H. Andersen, of Kenosha; grandmother, Lucille Felton, of Racine, sister, Holly (Steve) Majhenich, of Yorkville; brother, Jay (Kim) Felton, of Heartland, WI; nieces, Emma and Anna Felton. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Arnold Felton, nephew, Douglas Majhenich, uncle, Mike Langdon, and cousin, Kyle Felton.
A Memorial Service, celebrating his life, will be held in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home, on Tuesday, April 3rd, at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Tuesday, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorials should be directed to Lisa to establish a trust for Lorelei.
