Donna, So sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a sweet and uplifting lady! I always enjoyed visiting with her when she came to the Myers’ family reunions with Wayne and Brenda. After my parents (Fritz and Gloria Hansche) moved to Bourbonnais, they always loved to see her too….someone from their home area, Racine/Kenosha! My earliest memory of your mom is at WI District camp, when she allowed ME to watch YOU during the services when you were about one and I was maybe 11! Little did I know back then that we would ALMOST be related-ha! when I learned that her sister married Randy’s uncle! Love and prayers to you and your whole family.
Laurie Daft and John Epple says
Rae was our across-the-street neighbor while she lived in the town of Norway with her husband and altogether wonderful man, Mr Horner. John and I always looked forward to seeing her during her daily walks, catching-up on neighborhood news and sharing our garden with her. She was kind, supportive, cheerful and full of love.
Our condolences to her family – she will be missed in our hearts.

We were sorry to hear of your loss. When I was growing up in the Kenosha Church of the Nazarene, Rae was another one of the great influences in my life. She was a lovely Godly lady who was always encouraging others and pointing them to Christ. She has joined with so many other loved ones in Heaven including my parents. We will keep you in our prayers.
