Service Details
A Memorial Service will be held to Celebrate Her Life on Friday, February 19, 2021 1:00pm in the chapel of Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home, 4600 County Line Rd., Racine, WI. You’re invited to greet the family from 11:00am until the time of service.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, there will be a limit of 50 people for the service.

Petals by FeliciaRacine, WI – Judy Ann Duncan was born on October 12, 1960 to the union of Josephine Hackworth and Billy Robinson Sr. in Elkhart, Indiana. Judy received her formal education at Elkhart Memorial High School in Elkhart, Indiana. She went on to further education at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Judy accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age.
Judy enlisted in the United States Army on October 30, 1979 and was honorably discharged December 19, 1980. Judy has spent the last 30 years with her better half Ernest Ray McGowan. Judy was a Teller at First Star Bank for many years. She was also the Head Line Cook at the Fort McCoy Army base from 2000 to 2008.
In her leisure time she enjoyed impressing people with her phenomenal cooking skills. She was an avid reader and enjoyed arts and crafts. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. She loved her family and friends. She had an incredibly special relationship with her granddaughter Emari. She also held a special place in her heart for her little cousin Cayden Williams.
Judy Ann Duncan departed this life on February 9, 2021. She was preceded in death by her Father Billy Robinson Sr. Mother-in-Law Beatrice McGowan-Carter. Brother-in-Law James McGowan. Uncles Richard, Robert, Sylvester and James Hackworth and Uncles John Jr., Harry Sr. and Henry Sr. Robinson, as well as her Aunts Bessie Hackworth-Orr, Rosemary Goodwin and Retha Jones.
Judy leaves to cherish her memories her Mother Josephine Black. Daughters LaToyua Duncan, Nikki (Ernest Cobb) Duncan. Granddaughter Emari Cobb. Bonus Daughter Rabena Alexander. Bonus Granddaughters Denisha, Domonique and T’Ali Alexander, Grandsons Isaiah and Davion Cobb. Brother Billy (Anita) Robinson. Sisters in Law Vivian (Michael) Shields, Diane (Eddie) Willis. Niece Meghan Robinson. Uncles Superintendent William (Kiena} Hackworth and Bishop Jimmy (Bonita) Hackworth. Special Cousins Jennifer, Erika, Don and Donnie. Special Aunt Geraldine Brye. She also leaves her best friend Kim Brown. There are numerous friends and family members with many special and fond memories.
The family would like to thank the staff at Ascension All Saints Hospital.
