Jane Peterson ( Steve and family) says
I want to express my sincere condolences to your family.
I had worked with Jim since 1971. We were all part of the Bohm work family. Jim was a dear friend to me. When he owned Bohm Electric, he was my work father. We talked about everything. Now as I reach retirement, it is surreal. My girls remember the fun company picnics at his house and my husband and Jim loved to talk cars.
After Jim retired, he would still come in to jabber with us when he would make his Popeye’s chicken run. After retirement Jim surprised me with a table he made me which I cherish.
Jim was a great boss, co-worker, and friend and he will be so missed. Love, Jane
(& Steve/family)

I am saddened to hear about the passing of Jim. We met when I started in the electrical supply business nearly 40 years ago. Over the years I grew to appreciate him as one of my favorite customers and someone I respected and enjoyed working with…he is truly one of the good guys! Rest peacefully.

I was very saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. My heartfelt sympathies go out to his family. Jim was a positive influence in my life He was honest, fair, understanding (except when it came to rewires!) generous, and a teacher, with a great sense of humor- quirky but fun! I always felt fortunate to say I was part of the “Bohm Electric Family.”
