Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, September 18, 2021 for a visitation from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
A service celebrating his life and Homegoing will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Bishop Lawrence L Kirby officiating.

His interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery on Monday at 11:00 a.m.

Pierie Xavier Martin, age 33, gained his heavenly wings on Sunday, September 5, 2021. He was born on May 15, 1988 in Racine, WI to Sheila Martin and John Cade Sr.
Pierie accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and baptized at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Racine, WI. He, later attend Holy Redeemer COGIC, Milwaukee, WI; where he received his High School Diploma. Although Pierie had many employers, he will always be known for his employment at Popeyes.
Pierie enjoyed being around his family and friends. Wherever Pierie graced his presence, he was known for being the “LIFE and LIGHT” of the party. He enjoyed talking, laughing, dancing and singing and taking trips.
Everyone knew Pierie for being the Fashionista, his input was valued, if it wasn’t looking right, he was going to tell you. Pierie could be in the company of anyone and could put a smile on anyone’s face, even if they were having a bad day; he was going to make you smile or laugh or both. Most of all, he enjoyed being around people whom he loved and loved him.
There’s so much that could be said about Pierie but know that he loved all his family and friends.
Pierie leaves to cherish his beautiful mothers: Sheila Martin and Toni Martin of Racine, WI; grandmothers: Jessie Mae Martin and Lucy Curtis; beloved siblings: Scotty Martin, Sahara Martin, Jaivier Spumante, Alisa Martin, John Cade Jr., all of Racine, WI, Dominique Pearson of Milwaukee, WI, Courtney Miller of Zion, IL, Alexis Smith of San Antonio, TX and Montreal Martin of Dallas, TX; 7 adorable nieces and 10 charming nephews that he admired and loved; a host of loving aunties, uncles, cousins, family and friends (too many to be named); dearest best friends: Quincy Ross, Daniesha Sutton, Sahar Assad, and Lionedra Foster. He also leaves to cherish, his “Spicy Gang”.
Pierie is preceded in death by: his grandparents: Carvin “Monk” Martin and Dorothy (Judon) Martin and Mary Givemore; Aunts: Michelle Martin, Nellie Shaw, and Tracy Cade; Uncles: Jermaine Martin, Calvin Martin, Eddie Cade and John A. Judon; Brothers: Raheem Fonder and John Cade; Cousins: Tavaris Martin, Darvin “D2” Martin Jr., Shalonda Cade, and Pavielle Carter-Martin.
