Racine, WI – Javail Thomas “Tee” Hilliard, transitioned from this life on Saturday, September 18, 2021. He was born in Pontotoc County, Mississippi on June 6, 1938, to the late Tommie and Ethel Mary Hilliard.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters Eddie Mae (Ocie) Peet Sr. of Racine, WI, and Savannah (Ervin) Windham of Heidelberg, MS.; his special friend Christine Hudson of Racine, WI.; children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by both parents Tommie and Ethel Hilliard; two brothers Raymond Hilliard and Harvey Hilliard as well as one sister Jewel Sanford.
