To the entire family of Bill;
I met Bill at Ace as an apprentice early in 1965. A more patient and understanding man I have yet to meet and admire as Bill. My personal accomplishments began while working with Bill. I believe Bill was a dedicated man to his wife Sally who I met maybe twice and his girls.
My fond memories of Bill will last in my mind.
Sincerely,
Ron Fragale

Your dad was the reason we were Epiphany members. It was when he was canvassing the neighborhood that he ran in to our family and let my dad know Epiphany had a school. A good an faithful servant. May he rest in peace.
