Dear Pat & Sinnen Family,
We are missing our dear neighbor. We are still in shock at his passing. We, unfortunately, have to be out of town at the time of the funeral and cannot be there to share your sorrow. Please know that you are in our prayers.

Pat,
We only new Joe for a very short time 6 years ago when he sold us your condo on Augusta. Just from that short meeting we knew he was an honest man with great integrity. The world was a better place with him in it.

I am so sorry to here this news. I remember some of the great times we had years ago, and also when Joe used to deliver bread when I was a waitress at my dads restaurant. My prayers go out to you and your family.
