Service Details
A memorial service celebrating Jane’s life will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.

Jane Catherine (Meyer) Ebener passed away on January 5, 2022, at her residence.
Born on February 15, 1936, she was the daughter of the late William M. Meyer and Marie (Heller) Meyer. Jane graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School and Mary D. Bradford High School. She also attended Misericordia School of Nursing in Milwaukee. She had worked at Kenosha Memorial Hospital, Dynamatic Corp. and the Parkside Child Care Center.
On March 28, 1959, in Kenosha, she was united in marriage to Alfred W. Ebener. They were married for 62 years.
She enjoyed raising her family and was proud of her children and all their accomplishments. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending their school, sporting, and music events. They brought her so much happiness. Family vacations in Eagle River were also very special to her.
Along with her husband, Alfred, she is survived by her two sons, Gregory Walter Ebener and Brian Scott Ebener; her two daughters, Lisa Mary Ashmus and Pamela Jane (Michael) Primmer. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, Janey Marie (Jonathan) Bukofzer, Karly Patricia Ebener, Leah Catherine Ebener, Melanie Jane Ebener, Kyle Jeffrey Ashmus, Brett Patrick Ashmus, Nicole Mary Ashmus, and Blake Andrew Primmer. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren, Adrianna Jane De Brocke, Henry Gregory Bukofzer, and Theo Paul Bukofzer. She is survived by her sister, Bernadette E. (Vernon) Menden of Hales Corners, Wisconsin and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, William J. Meyer and Theodore J. Meyer; her sister, Mary Lou Terry; and two nephews, Michael W. Terry and Jeffery L. Terry.
