Services celebrating Michael’s life will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 6:00 pm. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-6 pm.

Kenosha – Michael Steven Jakubowski, age 64, passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully, on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
A lifetime resident, Michael was born in Kenosha, WI on May 21, 1957 to Leroy and Jean (nee: Bieneman) Jakubowski. He graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. On May 29, 1999, he was united in marriage with the love of his life, Kathleen L. (nee: Boyer) Jakubowski.
During his working career, Mike had been employed by AMC / Chrysler, owned & operated M&M Liquor in Racine, and retired as manager of Get it Now in Kenosha. Among his interests, Mike enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson Road King, solving Sudoku, swiping on his cell phone and, above all, jokingly harassing family & friends.
Surviving are his loving wife, Kathy; children, Linda Jakubowski, Daniel McBride and Corry (Shannon) Stokes; grandchildren, Sergio (Heather) Malacara, Samaria Radliff, Seth Radliff, Siannah Radliff, Lawrence McBride, Erik McBride and Anthony McBride; mom, Jean Jakubowski; nephews, Steve (Sheri) LaFever, John LaFever, Martin Jakubowski Jr., Nicholas (Kym) Jakubowski and Danny (Amy) Jakubowski; niece, Amie Salzman; other relatives and many friends. Mike was preceded in death by his dad, Leroy Jakubowski; and brothers, Mark & Martin Sr. Jakubowski.
