Miller's FlowersWilliam (Bill) Lloyd Wolfe, age 66, passed away peacefully at Kenosha Place early Friday morning, March 15, 2024 after a courageous & valiant 4-year battle with cancer.
A lifetime resident, Bill was born in Racine on May 29, 1957 to the late Lloyd and Dona (nee: Scurlock) Wolfe. He graduated from Washington Park High School in 1975. On February 18, 1984, Bill was united in marriage with the love of his life, Bridgette Lynn (nee: Suckow). They were blessed to have celebrated their 40th Anniversary last month.
With a profound work ethic, Bill worked for Case / CNH for 41 years, in multiple capacities, retiring in October 2019 as the federal parts manager for construction equipment. Bill was an extreme sports enthusiast and diehard Chicago Cubs fan. He also enjoyed bowling. Above all, Bill loved spending time with his entire family and extensive circle of friends. Last but not least, Bill will be remembered for his quick wit, funny comments, and unique sense of humor. You could never “one up” on Bill Wolfe.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Bridgette Wolfe; daughter, Danielle Wolfe (Stephen Adamczyk); son, Mitchell Wolfe; grandchildren, Aiden, Rory, Immy, Addie and Kit Blimling; sisters, Debbie (Al) Braun and Pam (Gary) Peterson; brother, Tom (Janice) Wolfe; and nieces & nephews, Jake & Zach Braun, Hannah Kimes, Josh & Jordan Wolfe, Samantha Gerber and Spencer Peterson.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth & Gladys Scurlock and Lloyd & Elsie Wolfe.
