Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, May 25, 2024 for a visitation from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
A service remembering and celebrating Donna’s life will follow at 6:00 pm.
ELMWOOD PARK – Donna F. Widmar, 78, passed away at her residence on Friday, May 17, 2024.
A lifelong resident of Racine, Donna was born on February 6, 1946, the daughter of the late Julio and Justine (nee Pancher) Pucci. She graduated from Washington Park High School and UW Parkside.
Donna married Gerald R. Widmar on August 1, 1964. He preceded her in death on April 17, 2019.
She is survived by her son and daughter, Anthony R. Widmar and Alicia Jasper; her grandson, Anthony M. Widmar; her great grandson, Liam Widmar; her brothers, William (Barbara) Pucci, Sr., David (Marilyn) Pucci, Sr., and James (Nancy Jo) Pucci. She is further survived by her nephews and nieces, David Pucci, Jr., Cricket (Jeff) Andersen, James (Jeannie) Pucci, William (Gale) Pucci, Jr., Michael (Mary) Pucci, Carolyn (Paul) Nolden, Jay Pucci, Joe Pucci, and Bridget Pucci. Donna was also preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Pucci.

I met Donna when we were both students at Parkside.
I was happily surprised to find her at Time Insurance when I started working there. She always had such a positive attitude and I am honored to have been able to call her a friend.
