There will not be a funeral due to the wishes of Mae (Love) Lott. There will be a celebration of life that will be posted at a later date.
Mae Frances (Love) Lott known as ” Big Mae” of Racine, WI, passed away on October 28, 2024, at Selective Specialty Hospital. Born October 31, 1945, in Ashburn, GA moved to Wisconsin as a baby and grew up in Wisconsin and became well known in Kenosha and Racine areas.
She was a socialite, love to play Spades and Pitty Pat card games. She did multiple jobs, but her most loved jobs were doing nursing in the day and D.J. at night at bars across Kenosha and Racine in the 70’s, 80’s, and the 90’s becoming popular to the community.
She is survived by her Husband: Fred Lott of Milwaukee, her Daughter: Rebecca Love of Racine, her Grandchildren: Veronica (Spears) Nesbitt of Pennsylvania, Andrew Collier of Racine, Romeo (Collier) Lockett of Pennsylvania. Her Great-grandchildren: Marchean Green Jr. of Racine, Zhariyanna Green of Milwaukee, Xierre Nesbitt of Pennsylvania, Xiyanna Nesbitt of Pennsylvania, and Anthony Collier of Racine. Special Friends: Ernestine Ramsey & Rosemary Bryson, L B Jones. God daughters: Patricia Simpson, Vivian Cherry. God sons: Earl Booker Jr., Randy Simpson, Bobby Simpson. Host of friends and family.
In addition, she was preceded in death by her parents Rebecca Williams Love-Dennard, Arthur Lee Love Sr. Brothers: Arthur Lee (Billy) Love Jr. , Alvin Love, Edward Love, David Love Sr. Two siblings before she was born. Her great grandson: Emmanuel A. Collier. Nieces and nephews: David Love, Mitchell Love, Daleia Love, Micheal Love, Dale Love. Great nephew: Willie Zinn Jr.

Also special thanks to Open Arms, Aurora Hospital, Acension, Waters edge, The Woods, The Villa, and Specialty Hospital, and Society Assets. All the nurses and caregivers plus doctors and whoever else took care of Mrs. Lott it was greatly appreciated by the family.
