Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, for a visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
A service celebrating his life and Homegoing will take place at 11:00 am with Pastor Johnny Ford officiating. His interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.

RACINE – Patrick D. Starks, 58, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
He was born in Gore Springs, MS on February 11, 1966, the son of the late Jessie Starks and Tommy Golliday. He graduated from Washington Park High School, Class of 1985.
Patrick worked as a machine operator for American Metals in Sturtevant. He loved his free time watching sports, cooking and spending his time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon (nee Cook) Starks; his children, Pearletha Baker, Tahj Kitt, Justin Starks, Marquan Cook, and Kamariana Cook; seven grandchildren; his brothers, Fredrick Starks, David Starks and Craig Golliday. Patrick is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Jessie Starks and Tommy Golliday, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rufus and Benetta Starks.

My son and Tahj played baseball together for a few years. Patrick always made sure he was able to spend equal time at each of the boys games. He was so proud of his sons. Rest in peace Patrick
