
Andre Wilbert Allen, 55, passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, February 25, 2013 surrounded by his family and friends. Andre was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 2, 1957. He relocated to Racine, WI with his family at a young age, where he remained as a lifelong resident.
Andre graduated from William Horlick High School where he played basketball. Andre worked in manufacturing as a machinist for many years. He was a sports fanatic and enjoyed watching sports, especially football and basketball. He really enjoyed going to the sports events of his children, grandchildren and nephews. Andre was raised to love and honor God in every way. He accepted Christ at an early age and he recently recommited his life to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He grew up in Wayman A.M.E. Church and later attended Little Macedonia C.O.G.I.C.
Andre is survived by his faithful and loving wife of 24 years, Eunice; their children, Andre Allen, Quentin Jones, Eunice D. Jones, Donnie Jones, Donelle Jones and LaQuanda Jones; his mother, Olivia(Ned) Cooper; brothers, Timothy (Leslie) Allen, Chisholm (Joanne) Allen, Robert (Yvonne) Allen, Anthony (Cheree) Allen and Dennis Bowman; Sister Jennifer Allen, Aunts; Yvonne Ware, Alma Sims, Cordia Crawford, Versie Tinnon and Alma Turner; in-laws, Edward (Main) Jones, Tread Jones, Joe Jones, Willie Ford, Sammie Ford, Ernestine Turner, Fannie Jones, Mary Ford, Gary Jones, Patrick Jones, Rosie Jones, Annie Jones, Alice Jones and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews andother relatives and friends including his "North Side Crew"and best friend Joey Lassiter.
