Bear, Karen and I took him to his first burn support meetings. We started picking him up at his mom’s house, and traveled with him to various world burn conferences. My sister worked at McLain, during the time of the accident, and after. Karen and I took Barry to children’s burn camp a number of years.
We were in contact until his passing.
