Racine- Brenda Louise Hardin, age 66, passed away peacefully at Ignite of Season’s Hospice Thursday, afternoon October 15, 2020.
Brenda was born in New Albany, Mississippi on September 16, 1954 to the late Marion “Toadie” Hardin and Shirley (nee: Martin) Reams. She graduated from WP Daniel High School in New Albany. With a profound work ethic, Brenda was employed by Andis Company before changing over to Amazon Fulfillment Center in Kenosha, from where she retired.
Brenda was a firm believer and had a great faith in God. She studied the Bible very often and occasionally visited different churches over the years. Among her interests, she enjoyed cooking, crocheting and was a Minnesota Vikings fanatic. Above all, Brenda was all about her family and loved being together with her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Surviving are her children, Reginald LeAndrew (Tanya) Russell, Janice Elaine Russell and Terressa Deneice (Corey Taran Bizzle) Russell; grandchildren, Antovian Booker, Sher’Ronda Russell, Charnele Evans, Sharkyla Russell, Zenoria Balderas, Daylon Clemmer, Shonesha Evans, Adaruis Asberry, Davon Russell, Darion Russell, Deonte Person Jr. and Der’Vin Person; great-grandchildren, Emani, Ziare, Zion, Ja”Zaria, Malachi, Josiah, Zion, Genesis, Israel, Mi’Amor, Arien, Aries, Ariel, Nassir, Naomi, Noah and Amar; sister, Linda Young; step-brother, Jodi Reams, Jr.; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends – too numerous to mention all by name. In addition to her parents, she was greeted in Heaven by her grandparents, Andrew & Eunice McKinney; great-grandparents, Dewey & Betty Wilson; brother, Deacon Willie Spencer Hardin; sister, Debra Walker; sister-in-law, Debra Reams; aunts & uncles, Jason and Virgie Holton & Willie Louise and Willied Hardin.

Sending most sincere condolences to Brenda’s family, (her children, Mary Vance, Betty, cousins ) and extended family. I grew up with Brenda in New Albany and while she was a few years older, I remember her fun spirit and kind heart. I know she will be missed.
