We were so saddened to hear of this tragic loss. God called him home too soon. I wish we could be there with you at this time, but know that your family is in our prayers for the coming days.

Paul Piper says
Dan and I grew up together for several years. It has been a very long time since we last saw each other, but Dan was one of the most genuine and generous people that I have had the pleasure to know. He also wore the cloth of the nation and served his country with pride and a deep sense of service.
