There will be a visitation for Danny in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 4:00PM – 6:00PM. Those who will attend are encouraged to wear Chicago Cubs or Dallas Cowboys attire. The family would like to thank Mary and Diana Bendix, and the nurses with Hospice Alliance for their compassionate care and support given in Danny’s time of need.
Daniel “Danny” Valadez, Jr. III, age 62, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
Danny was born in Des Plaines, IL to Daniel Valadez, Sr. II and Margarita Romero. During his high school years, Danny had to pause his education to join the work force. He spent many years as a warehouse supervisor, most of those as a dedicated and loyal employee with Promotions Unlimited. Among his interests, Danny was an avid bowler and softball player; enjoyed going to antique car shows; was a huge fan of the Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys; first and foremost, Danny loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Surviving are his children, Shawn Valadez, Danyelle (Matt) Valadez-Wagner (Carol Bernacki their mother), Stephanie Siltala, Andrew Valadez and Michael Valadez (Lisa Siltala their mother), Anthony Bendix (Mary Bendix his mother); brothers and sisters, Lupe (Rita), Fred, Steve, David, Andrea and Rorie Valadez; grandchildren, Kenzie Valadez-Wagner, Logan Davis, and Lexi Whitehead; special friend, Mary Bendix; dear friends, Frank Laypath, John Henges, Diana Bendix and Chad Ahles; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
