Racine, WI – Donald G Huggins, 81, received the promise of eternal life because of his faith in Jesus Christ, on October 18, 2019. He was born in Elkhorn on June 9, 1938, son of the late Ralph and Florence (Née: Bauman) Huggins.
He was united in marriage to Bonnie (Haigh) on September 10,1994 on their property in Shawno.
Don worked 42 years at In-Sink-Erator retiring in October of 2000. Don had many interests over the years and took special interest in his rides on his Honda Goldwing.
Don leaves behind his wife Bonnie; his 4 children and one stepson, Connie Larmon of Milwaukee, Cindy (Bill) Richter of Mt Pleasant, Bryon of Racine, Lori (Greg) Williams of Caledonia, Shane (Laura) Bonine of Lexington, NC.; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a stepfather Edward Andreasen, brothers Paul and Robert.
A celebration of Don’s life will be held on Saturday, November 2, with a viewing at the funeral home at 9:30am followed by the funeral at 11:00am officiated by Rev. Ralph (Doc) Scherer. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
