Racine – Edward Otto Schwartz, 58, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Friday, October 14, 2016. He was born in Racine on October 1, 1958, son of Harold and Anita Schwartz.
Edward graduated from J.I. Case High School in 1976. He was employed in the shipping/receiving department at S.C. Johnson. Edward loved deer and turkey hunting. He enjoyed the outdoors tremendously and loved spending time up north in Porterfield with his family. Edward enjoyed being a Packer fan and loved watching his team.
Edward leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Lewis (Katie Byrne) Schwartz; parents, Harold and Anita Schwartz; brother, Harold (Joann) Schwartz; sister, Nancy Wildes; best friend, Scott Koeshall; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.
A celebration of Edward’s life will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016, 6:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until the time of the service. Burial will take place on Friday, October 21, 2016, 10:00am, at West Lawn Memorial Park, 9000 Washington Avenue.
