Service Details

A service will take place later once it is safe for everyone to attend. 

STURTEVANT (FORMERLY OF MILWAUKEE) – Mr. Franklin D. Lamp, 87, died at Ascension All Saints on January 2, 2021.

He was born in Milwaukee on March 4, 1933, the son of Theodore and Anna (nee Biscobing) Lamp.  He served his nation with the US National Guard during the Berlin Crises of 1961.

On April 24, 1973 he married Rosemary Tuyls in Waukegan Illinois.

Frank retired as a foreman with Vebelak Brothers Water and Sewer Contractors in Milwaukee.

In addition to his loving wife Rosemary, Frank is survived by his son, Gary (Kelli) Lamp; his daughter, Gayle (Bruce) Transon; his stepchildren, Richard Nuszbaum, Ronald Nuszbaum, Renee (Curtis) Christensen, Lynn (Joel Hartley) Goodenough; as well as six grandchildren, four great grandchildren; his brother, Joe (Denise) Lamp; his sister, Nancy Festge; his sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Lamp, Barbara Lamp and Joseph Tuyls, and many nieces and nephews.  Frank was also preceded in death by his brothers, Melvin, Jerry, and Gilbert Lamp.

A service will take place later once it is safe for everyone to attend.
