Racine- Henry Lee Robinson, 69, was called from earth to Heaven without warning on Passover Sunday, April 8, 2007. He was born in Ripley, MS on August 12, 1937 to the late Henry L. Robinson, Sr. and Maceo Rutherford. Henry was a faithful member of Second Missionary Baptist Church. He was employed by the J.I. Case Co. until his retirement in 2001. Henry had a great love for fishing; working in his garden; and cooking-especially his sweet potato pies that he shared with many family members and friends. More than anything, he loved and cherished his family and received great joy in helping others. Henry was united in marriage to his loving wife, Rae M. Crayton. In addition to Rae, he leaves to cherish his precious memories: 6 children; 15 grandchildren; 2 sisters; 3 brothers; and a host of loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will to held on Monday, April 16, 2007 in Second Missionary Baptist Church, 1250 Lathrop Ave., with Rev. Daryn D. Crenshaw officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 10-11 am.
