Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 for a visitation from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
A service remembering and honoring her life will follow at 11:00 a.m.
Due to COVID19 there is a 50-person maximum for the service and masks are required.

Miller's FlowersRACINE – Joyce (Balderas) Williams, 81, passed away at her residence with her family by her side on January 30, 2021.
She was born in Wayne County, West Virginia on February 8, 1939, the daughter of Lovel and Ida (nee Webb) Tomblin. Joyce was married to Carl Balderas and Ralph Williams, both preceding her in death.
Joyce retired as a telephone operator with AT&T in 1992. She was an avid pool player and was proud former women’s state champion.
She is survived by her daughters and son, Ronda (Terry) Dyess, Julia (Sam) Kelley and Carl “Tony” (Karen) Balderas; her nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; five stepchildren; her brother, Edward (Bonnie) Tomblin of Michigan; as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her parents and husbands, Joyce was preceded in death by her daughter, Anita Balderas; her grandchildren, Becky and Toni Lynn and great granddaughter, Gianna.

Rhonda and Julie, so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. She was a great woman and I am so happy to have shared with her the love of pool. She didn’t play pool she was a Shooter!!!!! Rest peacefully Joyce
