Service Details
Funeral services will be held in the chapel at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, September 22nd, 2002, at Twelve O’ clock Noon. Visitation will be that same day from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial to follow at Graceland Cemetery (Osborne Blvd, Racine, WI 53405).

Miller's FlowersKaren L. Reisenauer, 93, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away in Home Inspired- Kenosha on Friday, September 16, 2022. She was born in Racine on September 26, 1928, the daughter of the late Victor and Hazel (nee: Kopplin) Jensen.
After graduating from high school, Karen went on to further her education and became a registered nurse and served the Racine Community in that capacity for many years.
On November 22, 1952, in the Evangelical United Methodist Church, she was united in marriage to Frank P. Reisenauer, who preceded her in death on November 3, 1996.
Karen was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church for many years. She was active in the Racine Theatre Guild for over 50 years. Karen was an avid reader, she enjoyed traveling the world and also enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
Surviving are her two children, Nick (Teri) Reisenauer, of Union Grove, and Katie (Steve) Ramirez, of Racine; nine grandchildren, Peter (Lauren) Reisenauer, Frank M. Reisenauer, Amanda (Jason) Houdek, Abigail (Adam) Schneider, Jenny Reisenauer, Tia Ramirez, Mason Ramirez, Vinny (Sara) Gloeckler, and Talia Gloeckler; thirteen great grandchildren, Christian, Carter, Cameron, Lucy, Henry, Kaleb, Kylo,Kyla, Kyus, Kion, Elizabeth, Christian, and Nolan; and sister, Kris Hickman, in Arizona. In addition to her parents, Victor and Hazel and beloved husband, Frank, Karen was preceded in death by her son, Peter Reisenauer.

I am saddened. My Condolences to all of Karen’s family. Karen had an easy laugh. She was witty. She savored lifes every adventure, no matter its size or shape. She was a caring, skilled nurse and I had the pleasure of working with her for many years. She will be missed.
