Kirchoff, Larry (Lawrence), 77 years old (01/18/1947-10/04/2024), joined his wife in heaven on Friday, October 4, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born on January 18, 1947, to Percy and Bertha (Hoffman) Kirchoff. He was the only son with four sisters. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 55 years Suellen Kirchoff. He is survived by daughters Laura (Tim) Grygera of Sonoma, California and Kelly (Brett) Hanover of Racine, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Quinn Grygera and Cassidy Hanover: his sister, Janet Greco: many nieces and nephews, as well as lifelong friends.
Larry served in the U.S. Army during his tour of Vietnam from 1967-1968. He returned home to start a family with the love of his life, Suellen Kirchoff. Together they raised two daughters and became grandparents twice as well. Larry enjoyed traveling to NASCAR races with his wife, gambling at casinos, and taking his drag racer down the track at the Great Lakes Dragaway. For many years Larry volunteered with the Racine Soap Box Derby Association where his daughter participated. He was the Soap Box Derby Director for two years. Larry worked at S.C. Johnson Wax for thirty years in many capacities.

I’m very sorry to the Kirchoff family for the loss of your father. I worked with him at SCJ for a number of years and knew him for many more. He was a great teacher and friend. He will be missed by many who got the chance to know him . He and you are in my prayers.
