Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 27th. Visitation will be in the funeral home next Monday, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Miller's FlowersLinda L. Hardy, 69, passed away at her residence on Friday, September 17, 2021. She was born in Racine on September 11, 1952, the daughter of the late Charles and Betty (nee: Andekian) Hardy.
She graduated from the St. Johns Cathedral High School, in Milwaukee. She spent many years with her life partner, Michael J. McAuliffe, until his death in 2011. Linda enjoyed doing word search puzzles, reading, telling jokes, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are her three children, Renee James, Tanya Hardy, and Christopher (Kristin Kolenda) McAuliffe; six grandchildren, Tiara (Marquavis Maddox) James, D’Angelo James, Mya James, Travon Webster, T’ana Webster, Phoebe Wodicka; two extended grandchildren, Jonathan James and Taylor Moss; two great-grandchildren, Malani Maddox and Prince Maddox; two extended great-grandchildren, Elyjiah Maddox and McKenzie Maddox; three sisters and two brothers, including her special sister, Shelly Tedrow. In addition to her parents and beloved Michael, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Demond James, and nephew, Michael Hardy.

Linda was someone I knew growing up, and she had 2 daughters that I knew as well. All of them are very nice people. As life moved on I would see Linda an we would have long heartfelt talks. She will be missed. To her 2 daughters, things are hard now but time will heal your heart.
