Logan James Chernouski, age 22, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
Logan graduated from Case High School. Logan had a contagious smile and laugh. He was always happy, even during hard times and health struggles. Because of this, he touched everyone’s heart and brought joy to this world. Logan enjoyed interacting with people and the encompassed activities. He loved being read aloud to, spending time with his mom and dad, swinging in summer, horseback riding, driving with the windows down, stopping to say HI to his dad while on his mail route and shopping at Menards, to name a few.
Logan is survived by both parents, Daniel and Kimberly Chernouski; grandfather, Jim (Judy) Martin, and grandmother, Sandra Nielsen. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Cynthia Chernouski. Logan had no siblings but had many, many family members (aunts, uncles and cousins) that loved him very much.
Diane Chernouski says
I will miss Logan’s beautiful smile and how he would light up when he heard his mom’s or dad’s voice. He will be terribly missed!
