Lue and I worked together for many years at Southern Wisconsin Center. Over the years, I got to know her as a friend, not just a fellow employee. I remember attending the funeral of a coworker with Lue, where when I started to cry, she gently put her arm around my shoulder and comforted me. I will always remember this kind gesture from a profoundly wonderful person. I will miss her. She was loved everywhere she went.
