Racine – Luella (nee: Neal) Vinson, age 63, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Ascension – All Saints Hospital in Racine, Wisconsin.Ā A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018, 11:00am at Christ Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 815 Park Ave, Racine, WI.Ā Visitation will be at the church from 10:00am until the time of service.Ā Rev.
