Just a note to say how sorry I am to hear of Max passing away. I always enjoyed

Hilde, Doris, Ronnie and Mary,
I agree with Barb, great picture. I have many fond memories of growing up with your family, spending time at Brown’s Lake and the German Cub picnics. Max was always a positive influence on me with his cheerful attitude and strong family values. I am sure Max and Dad are catching up and hopefully playing some golf.

There’s a very special garden
Where the trees of memory grow
Nurtured by the kindness
And concern that good friends show.
The roots are cherished memories Of good times in the past.
The branches tender promises that souls endure and last.
It’s a place of peace and beauty
Where bright new hopes can start
It’s memory’s lovely garden that soothes the hurting heart

Fred and RuthAnn Schmidt says
Hilde & family,
Fred and I were very sorry to read that Max had passed away. We didn’t see or hear you out in the backyard this summer, and wondered if you still lived there. He was such fun to talk to (you too) over the fence.
Our sympathies,
Fred & RuthAnn Schmidt
