Our condolences to the family of Max. As a young girl my family lived upstairs from the Gutierrez, and I went to school at the same time with Max. Mrs Guiterrez gave us a platter of tamales every Christmas. I have wonderful memories of our times with the Guiterrez. RIP Max.
