Memorial Suggestions
Per Nicholas’ wishes and in keeping with his generous spirit, he was an eye donor following his death. This gift will help give life enhancing possibilities for others in need. The family has suggested memorials to St. Baldrick’s Foundation or to the family for education funds to be established for Nicholas’ children.
Nicholas Bryan Beeson, 41, passed away on August 27, 2022, bravely trading the pancreatic cancer pain and the treatment pain for additional days with his family. He was born in Libertyville, IL, on November 14, 1980, son of Franc and Anne (née: Wintering) Beeson.
Nicholas was united in marriage to the love of his life, the former Rebecca Joann Carlton, on June 18, 2016, in Milwaukee.
Nicholas proudly and faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force, entrusted with the highest security clearance possible. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He worked as an electronics technician after his military service for a defense contract company. Most recently, he chose a more difficult, important and rewarding career as a stay at home dad.
Nicholas was an author, publishing Riemann Zeta: Zero Sum as his first book. Many more books were to follow but God had other plans. He was an inventor and entrepreneur. He enjoyed beekeeping, ultimate frisbee, and riding his motorcycle. He reveled in meaningful conversations regarding faith and the human condition with everyone. He was an excellent traveling companion, whether in Italy with the family, India or Japan with Becky or road trips with his dad. Nick was always someone who could be counted on to pitch in and help out friends and family. Above all, Nicholas was an amazing and honorable husband, father, son and brother.
Nicholas leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Becky Beeson; children, Carissa, Sylvia, and Thaddeus Beeson; parents, Franc and Anne Beeson; siblings, Douglas (Annie) Beeson, Victoria (Matt) Smyth, Harrison (Emily) Beeson; in-laws, Dennis and Joann Carlton; nieces and nephews, Kierra Beeson (goddaughter), Fionnegan Beeson, Sabelle Beeson, Lucielle Beeson, Milo Beeson, Donovan Smyth; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.
Nicholas is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and May Beeson and Joseph and Eleanor Wintering.

The family would like to extend a heart-felt “Thank You” to the staff at Aurora Healthcare in Milwaukee and Aurora Kenosha Medical Center, especially Dr. Antony Ruggeri and his staff, for the care and support given to Nicholas and his family during this difficult time.
Please share your memories in the Guestbook so we may share them with Nicholas’ children as they grow.

Nicholas was a dear friend. He helped me after I had lost a love of my own by just being there for me. Letting me know it was ok to live and have fun again even if you hurt at the same time. I am so sorry for your families loss. He will be missed.

It was a real blessing in my life to be able to see Nick recently. I was so inspired by his courage! His strength and love for his family were a huge mark of his character. And in the midst of everything he was dealing with, he still had time for some fabulous conversations while at my home which I won’t forget. My prayers are with Anne, Franc, Becky, and the whole family.

Though our friendship was recent, I am still awe struck by Nick’s compassion, intelligence and strength. His excitment was contagious as was his passion for his work. I am so grateful to have gotten the time with Harrison and Nick that I did have. Extending all my love and support to the Beesons with this hard news.

I am Ann’s cousin on her mom’s side. Nick and Ann drove 5 hours one way to be at my mom’s Celebration of Life in October 2020. That meant so very much to our family that there are no words to capture it. Nick struck me as a compassionate person with a vibrancy for life, always looking out for someone else. Ann and Mom were close and Nick’s donation of his eye hits home all the more as my mom lost her first born son in 1962 and his eyes were also donated. What a treasure Nick has given someone else. Deepest condolences to the families. May the peace of Christ flood over you now and always.

Nick, when Becky first told me about you, I knew you had stolen her heart. I’m glad I was able to be there when you and Becky were married and upset that I could not be there now celebrating your beautiful life. I am thankful that you no longer have to live with the pain of cancer, and now you can Rest In Peace.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Beeson family for this tremendous loss but your legacy and spirit will be carried on through your friends and family,
Lots of love,
Darji Family
