Racine – Patricia Ann Hallman, 74, received the promise of eternal life on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Ridgewood Care Center. She was born in Racine on September 18, 1942.
Pat was an LPN for Westview Nursing Home and was an owner/operator for S&P Trucking. Pat loved fishing and being on the water. She enjoyed crocheting and was an animal lover. She also was a Packer fan at heart. Pat loved to sing and dance and could be found having a good time wherever people were together. Above all, she loved her family tremendously and enjoyed spending time with all of them.
Pat leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Ron (Jenni Gaura) Deschler of Racine, Mike (Donna) Jones of Crivitz; grandchildren, Austin Deschler, Erin (Bill) Wood both of Racine; great-grandchildren, Logan Wood, Brookelyn Wood, both of Racine; brother, Mark (Mimi) Mayer of Bradenton, FL; niece, Kelli (Joe Jensen) Paulich; great-nieces, Brooke Paulich, Nicole Paulich, all of Racine; good friends, Dewey McClure, Tom Durgom, all her friends at Dickie’s; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.
Pat is preceded in death by her mother, Irma Mayer; twin sister, Pamela (Gerry) Orr; husbands, Ron Deschler, Lee Smithkey, Stan Hallman; significant other, Jim Johnson; children, John Zemanek, Cathy Pitchford, and Patricia Deschler.
A celebration of Pat’s life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017, 12:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road, with Rev. Holly Anderle officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service. Private interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery on a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Ron Deschler.
The family would like to extend a heart-felt “Thank You” to Robin, Adele, and the staff at Ridgewood Care Center, as well as the staff at Hospice Alliance for the care given to Pat during this difficult time.
