RACINE – Paul Leonard Woodward, III, 3 days old, passed away at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin on Monday, November 21, 2016.
He was born on Friday, November 18th, the son of Paul and Robyn (nee: Smerchek) Woodward, Jr. of Racine.
In addition to his parents, Paul is survived by his maternal grandparents, Ken and Sherry Smerchek; his paternal grandmother, Norma Woodward all of Racine; his aunt, Jenny Smerchek of Milwaukee; his uncle, Thomas (Sarah) Woodward of Racine; his great grandmother, Betty Smerchek of Racine and his cousins, Caleb and Jonathan Woodward. Paul was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul L. Woodward, Sr.
Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf on Sunday, November 27, 2016 for a visitation and time to meet with his family from 1-4 p.m. There will be an interment service at West Lawn Memorial Park on TUESDAY morning at 10:30 a.m. We will meet at the front gate at 10:15 a.m. and drive in procession to the service site. A memorial fund in Paul’s name will be established at a later time.
The Woodward family extends a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital; especially the doctors and nurses in NICU for the excellent care they received.
