Randall C. “Randy” Hanson, age 71, passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2021 with his loving wife by his side.
Randy was born in Racine on December 17, 1949 a son of the late Allen and Geraldine (nee: Collins) Hanson.
He started dating the love of his life Diane M. Anderson in 1978 and they were united in marriage on August 25, 1990 in Racine.
Throughout his career, Randy owned and operated Building Service, Inc. and retired as an over the road semi driver with Hanson Transportation.
One of His many favorite things to do in life include traveling to the Florida Keys, Arizona and Door County whether it be on his Harley or in the RV.
He loved cooking especially his pig roast gatherings with family and friends. This gave him an opportunity to show off his beautiful yard and garden that he worked very hard on.
There are many special bonds that will live on because of the friendship Randy had with so many.
He will be missed by his wife Diane; his brother Michael (Clara) Hanson; his sister Rhonda (Dan) Sauve; his sister-in-law, Julie Hanson; his son Jeremy “J.R.” Thompson; his father- in- law, Ronald Anderson; his brother- in- law, Ronnie (Debra) Anderson, and his special friend, Bennie.
Along with his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his daughter, Alyssa Hanson, and a brother Scott Hanson.
My mind knows you are in a better place
There is no pain, you are at peace.
I understand that I just wish I could explain
That to my heart.
I hope you can feel my love in heaven.
Love
Diane
