A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 5:30 pm at St. Sebastian Catholic Church (3126 – 95th Street in Sturtevant) with Father Thomas Vathappallil officiating. A memorial dinner will follow. Visitation will be in the church on Thursday from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. Private entombment will take place in the mausoleum of Holy Cross Cemetery – Hwy 32.

Aiello Midtown FloristRose Ella (nee: Mueller) Harmann, age 92, passed away peacefully at Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant on Sunday, February 18, 2024 surrounded with the love of family.
Rose Ella was born on September 1, 1931 to the late Peter and Elizabeth (nee: Hartmann) Mueller. She attended Holy Name Elementary School and graduated from St. Catherine’s High School in 1950. On September 6, 1952, she was united in marriage with Donald E. Harmann, who preceded her in death on December 9, 2011.
Rose Ella was employed as the clerical secretary at Goodland School for Racine Unified School District for many years.
Rose Ella was a lifetime and active member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Sturtevant. She had a deep devotion to the Blessed Mother. Thanksgiving family gatherings and summer family reunions were yearly highlights. She always looked forward to the many family camping trips experienced throughout the years. She also enjoyed playing cards & board games with family & friends; luncheons with her retiree friends; Friday night dinner gatherings with her close-knit family of whom she was so proud. She was an extreme sports fan – having attended most all of her children & grandchildren’s events; and was a Bucks, Brewers & Packers fan. After retirement, Rose Ella enjoyed traveling & vacationing with her husband, Don, and sister, Rita. Rose Ella was all about family, friends, and church.
Surviving are her children, Cynthia (Charles) Comello, Jeff (Peggy) Harmann and Scott (Gail) Harmann; grandchildren, Joey Harmann, Elizabeth (Alex) Lisic, Alex & Kyle Harmann; great-grandchildren, Evan & Elle Lisic and Hannah Harmann; nieces, nephews that were very dear to her, along with other relatives and friends.
Rose Ella was greeted in Heaven by her husband, Donald Harmann; beloved sons, Patrick and Keith Harmann; parents, Peter & Elizabeth Mueller; sister, Rita (Lester) Feuerer; dear Aunt Barb Miller, Don’s parents, Arthur Sr. & Ruth Harmann; brother-in-law, Arthur Jr. (Audrey) Harmann; and sister-in-law, Marilyn (Lloyd) Newman.
