Sue was born in Racine on February 2, 1944 to the late Earl and Gertrude (nee: Dederich) Larke. On September 29, 1962, she was united in marriage with Raul Joseph Perez, who sadly died on March 9, 1968. Among her interests, Sue was extremely talented at crafting and enjoyed playing cards with her friends. She also enjoyed listening to classic country music. But most of all she loved spending most of her time being involved with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her children, Kathleen (Bruce) Schatzman, Thomas (Lila) Perez, John (Kim) Perez and Rollin “J.R.” (Tiffany) Haas; grandchildren, Lee and Abby Schatzman; Aldana and Olivia Perez; Jenna, Kara and James Perez; and Landon Haas; sisters-in-law, Mary Perez and Dolores (John) Moreno; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends – too numerous to mention by name.
In addition to her parents and husbands, Sue was preceded in death by her siblings, Oliver, Richard, Lois and Arlene; sister-in-law, Virginia (Victor) Moreno; and in-laws, Refugio & Wenseslada Perez and Earl & Mary Haas.

Even though I didn’t know Sue, I have gotten to know Kathy and her family. And through them I feel like I knew Sue. The way they talked of her with such love and the wonderful attributes she passed down to them, it obvious she was a special woman. Love you guys. 💜
