Miller's FlowersIt is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Terrie Lee Williams (Sheppard) a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, who gained her wings peacefully on December 29, 2024, at the age of 69. Terrie was in the company of her two- four-legged canine companions, Mai Tai and Poopie. Terrie was born on March 15, 1955, to Jack Sheppard and Wanda Bergeon (Przytarski) in Racine, Wisconsin. Terrie lived her life with a spirit of joy, a lot of spunk and enthusiasm and a love that touched all who knew her.
Terrie attended St. Stanislaus Catholic School and Park Highschool and was a proud member of the community. She retired after spending 33 years of her life working at In-Sink-Erator in Racine, closing out her career as a repair technician on the line. She was a jack-of-all trades. She was very creative and could make the most beautifully crocheted baby blankets and sweaters, but she was also skilled enough to assemble just about anything under the sun and she never waited on anyone to get things done.
A lover of nature, Terrie cherished long car rides through the countryside listening to music of all kinds from classic country and Motown to 90’s R&B. She enjoyed being outside, where the beauty of the landscape inspired moments of peace and joy. Fishing at Eagle Lake held a special place in her heart. She shared her passion for fishing with her grandchildren and spent many summer afternoons at Pritchard Park showing them how it was done. She also loved spending time gardening which brought life to her backyard and provided her with a nurturing escape. Her love of shopping reflected her vibrant personality and her desire to make people feel appreciated. She often shared this time with family and friends.
Terrie spent many hours enthralled in the stories told through crime and medical shows on television, immersing herself in narratives that sparked her inquisitive mind. When not watching one of her favorite dramas, she enjoyed watching singing competitions like American Idol, The Masked Singer and The Voice, or watching Survivor or anything with Chef Ramsey.
Terrie leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Melissa (Jeffery) Williams, Mirijah Sheppard; grandchildren, Steven, Emanuel “Mo”, Anastasia “Snooty”, Devan (Jade), Jeremy, Darien, Kristalyn; great-grandchildren, Sebastian “Bash”, Stevie J, LilyAnna, Devan Jr. “Dunna”; siblings, Linda Sheppard, Jacky McAlister, Tricia Rankin, Robert (Eileen) Kunaschk; her life-long friend Cynthia Lloyd; her niece Nakia and several more nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention. Terrie also leaves behind her step children: Danny, Michelle, Joey, Kenny, Evelyn and Tina.
In addition to her parents, Terrie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Felix and Wanda Przytarski, her husband, Roy Williams; brother, Larry Sheppard; aunts, Nettie Bergman, and Teresa Graziano.

Terrie’s sassy attitude, laughter, kindness, and love of life will forever resonate in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Although her journey may have come to a close, the love she shared and the memories she created will endure in the hearts of all who knew her. With her spirit now free, we bid farewell to a remarkable woman who will be deeply missed.
