Thomas B. Helding, 30, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, February 4, 2010. He was born in Racine on December 11, 1979 the son of Thomas R. and Elizabeth (nee: Navarro) Helding. Thomas was an avid amateur musician, animal lover, and enjoyed playing sports, especially football and baseball. Surviving are his mother, Elizabeth Navarro, of Racine; father, Thomas R.(Louise) Helding, of Lakeside, AZ; brothers, Gregory (Julie) Helding, Wade (Sarah) Helding, all of Racine; sister, Lisa (Tami) Avila, of Sturtevant; paternal grandmother, Beatrice Helding, of Caledonia, aunts, Marlene Fink, of Racine, Marjorie (William) Pfeffer, of Franksville: Joyce (Michael) Groff of Galesburg, IL; cousins, Anthony (Dayna) Navarro, of Muskego, Robert Navarro, and Stephanie Fink, both of Racine, other relatives and friends. Thomas was preceded in death by his grandparents, Benjamin and Maria Navarro, Russell and Dorothy Helding; and uncle, Benjamin R. Navarro. Private funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, February 8th, with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery Hwy 32.

Dear Helding Family, My deepest sympathy for your loss. Tommy and I went to school together from 5th grade through high school. I have a lot of fond memories of him. He was the sweetest guy.
