Tu’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 12:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road. Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.

Tinh Tu Nguyen, 60, received the promise of eternal life on Thursday, July 11, 2019. He was born in Vietnam on April 24, 1959, son of the late Thanh and Tiem Nguyen. He was united in marriage to Tuyet Thi Vo on 07/20/2009.
Tu was a welder and CNC operator for the Elwood Corporation in Racine. He enjoyed running, biking, and tending to the vegetables in his garden. Tu enjoyed cooking and will be remembered for his famous dishes including fried rice, pho, and egg rolls. He loved to dote on his grandchildren. He would enjoy picking them up from school and then buying them a bag of chips as a treat.
Tu leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Tuyet Thi Vo; children, Corina (Don) Hilliker, Bradlee Nguyen, Kaylee (David) Shields, Dominique (Nathan) Daniels, An Pham; grandchildren, Kianna, Bryanna, Jordynn, La’Niya, Rocsie, Kaiden, Natalie, Bella, Alivia, Remington, Reagan, Hami, Long; and brother, Trung Nguyen.
In addition to his parents, Tu is preceded in death by his infant twins, Bryon and Ryon; and brother, Tuan Nguyen.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was amazing. Little story now… Your dad was the one who taught me how to use chop sticks wouldn’t let me use a fork for the noodle. Said I couldn’t eat them unless I use them. Lol he will be missed.

Prayers for your family today. Never easy losing a loved one. I will never forget the first time I was over for dinner. He kept smiling telling me it was dog. I was a little scared but his smile was contagious so dog or not I ate it! Roast beef was good. 🙂 much love for you all through this time.
