Tyra R. Coleman, 36, passed away in the Post-Acute Medical Center, Greenfield, WI on Thursday, September 15, 2016. She was born in Racine, on February 3, 1980 the daughter of Laurie Coleman and Haven Smith.
Tyra was a 1998 graduate of J. I. Case High School. She was an aide with the Durham Bus Company. Tyra was a member of the Greater Mt. Eagle Missionary Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Avyonna Coleman; mother, Laurie Coleman, father, Haven Smith; sister, Tifinie Coleman, brother, Travell Coleman; and maternal grandmother, Pinkie Smith, all of Racine. Her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives also survive her. Tyra’s maternal grandfather, Lee Smith preceded her in death.
A Memorial Homegoing Service, celebrating her life, will be held in Greater Mt. Eagle Missionary Baptist Church, 929 State St., on Wednesday, September 21st, at
12:00 o’clock noon. Relatives and friends can meet with the family, at the church, on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
