Timmy, Nikita and family,
I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Perry’s passing. She holds a special place in my heart. She was my neighbor when I moved into my first apartment on Byrd Ave. Her and her husband always looked out for me. Over the years, we always talked when we ran into each other. She will be missed. May God bless you all during this difficult time
