William Thomas Jones, 83, was in the Ridgewood Care Center, when he was called Home by his Loving Father, on Friday, November 8, 2019. He was born in Sommerville, TN, on August 14, 1936, the son of the late Rufus and Daisy (nee: Murphy) Jones.
Mr. Jones came North to find employment with the J.I. Case Co. Mr. Jones was a retiree of Local #180. On May 13, 1989, here in Racine, he was united in marriage to Pearlene Moss.
Surviving are his loving wife of 30 years, Pearlene, his children, Patricia McKenney, of Racine, WI William (Brenda) Jones, of Rochester, NY, Ricky (Becky) Jones, Bernard Jones, Gerald Moss, all of Racine, WI, Venita (Vince)Willis, of Orlando, FL, and his grandson, who they adopted and raised, Nathaniel Jones, of Racine, WI; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother, Wilbur (Faye) Jones, of Racine, WI; three sisters, Dorothy Bowman, Helen Jones, and Juanita Jones, all of Detroit, MI; He is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Jones was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert H. Jones, James Murphy, Sr., Leon Jones, Sr. and Rufus Jones, four sisters, Lillie Pearl Heath, Lillian Jones, Margert Watkins and Beatrice Boyd.

Dad I know this will be a hard pill for me to swallow knowing that u are gone, but I know u are in a better place now. No more suffering and pain and I always known u to be a fighter to the end. I’m just glad that I was able to talk to u before u left here and the bond that we had noone will have that bond. A big piece of me is gone but just know I love u and may u rest in heaven with yr mom and dad and the rest of our love ones.
